I have a complaint that applies to most distance learners. My fee bill includes $75 per semester for the campus recreation center that I will never use.

Complaints were lodged with the cashier's office and student services, both of whom explained it was a decision made by a student organization.

I would have to wonder whether that committee included a distance learner student.
Also, I can't understand why distance learners are billed nearly $500 per semester for three classes, plus the course fee and the computer fee. I feel like I'm being tripled-billed.

You might consider attending the online Senate Town Hall Forum. It will allow you to ask question to the Student Senate.
WIMBA software will provide real time access allowing you to view the Forum and type in your questions. Before you can view the Forum, you need to test the compatibility of WIMBA with your computer. The test is very brief -- 30 seconds to 1 minute. You can test your computer any time, we recommend completing the test no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday. The Town Hall Forum will start on 2/19/08 at 5:15pm. Click on the link below to test and complete WIMBA set up. A new link will be sent the day of the event. You should use the new link to access the Town Hall Forum on 2/19/08.
This link is just to test the compatibility of your computer.
